【Spot1】 Hofu-tenmangu shrine

Hofu-tenmangu is a shrine worshipping Michizane Sugawara who is called god of scholarship and worshiped by many loyalists such as Katori and Shinsaku Takasugi. Also it is said that Hofu tenmangu was built as first tenmangu shirne in Japan.

Kuwanoyama.pngKuwanoyama is a park which has 1,500 cherry trees in the place of 107m high. This place is also known as a community park for Hofu citizen because of close location to Hofu downtown.

【Spot6】 Cemetery of Yasuhiko Katori・Miwako

Katori-Haka.pngThey are buried at the cemetery of Dairakuji temple in Hofu. Katori was deceased on August 14th 1912, Miwako was September 7th 1922.
